Ready Group's Spotlight Charity of the Month - October 2021

Each month, we spotlight a local charitable organization we feel is doing great things in the Tampa Bay community.  This month being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, it's only natural we want to showcase the work of Making Strides of Tampa.

The American Cancer Society started Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks to unite communities in the fight against this deadly disease. Today, Making Strides is the largest network of breast cancer events in the nation - and they do more than just walk. They raise money to help the American Cancer Society fund groundbreaking breast cancer research and provide patient services like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near treatment, and a live 24/7 cancer helpline. But they can’t do any of this without the help of people like you.

They envision a future where our children no longer live with the threat of breast cancer and where everyone has a fair and just opportunity to prevent, find, treat, and survive this disease. By supporting the Making Strides movement, you help ensure the American Cancer Society can continue fighting for that same vision. Together, we can help fund the future of breast cancer research and programs for our loved ones today – and for the next generation.

For each client who hires us to buy or sell a home in October, the Ready Group will make a $500 donation on the client's behalf to Making Strides Tampa.  If you refer someone to us, we will donate on yours and their behalf!  We want to help fund their goal of $600,000 and they are SO close!
