This place has been a Tampa staple for over 12 years now.  The vibe is really chill and the décor is super funky. Fly also has a rooftop bar; unfortunately it’s only open on the weekends. Good food and great drinks at a very reasonable price makes this our number one happy hour spot.

You can’t make a happy hour list and not include Jackson’s Bistro. Even though the drink specials are subject to change, they are always on point. Jackson’s waterfront view of downtown and the river walk never gets old.  The DJ normally plays 80’s music remixes which is not everyone’s scene, but after the second cocktail I was defiantly belting “Come On Eileen.”
