Refer Four, Earn More!

Our goal is to turn you into a raving fan and earn the chance to be referred to your friends and family. We understand that the costs of buying and selling a home can add up quickly. That's why we've introduced our Refer Four, Earn More Program. 

Here's a simple breakdown:

1. When you choose us to represent you in your home sale and/or purchase, we'll ask if you know anyone else considering a move.  You'll be amazed how many people hint at their real estate goals when you're in the middle of a move!
2. For each person you introduce to us who may need our expertise anytime in the future, we'll credit a portion of the commission back to you (up to 33%).
3. Simply send a three-way text introducing us.  That's it!

Breakdown of the 33%:

• First intro = 10% credit (plus 5 entries into our quarterly drawings)
• Second intro = 20% credit (plus 5 more entries into our quarterly drawings)
• Third intro = 30% credit (plus 5 MORE entries into our quarterly drawings)
• Fourth intro = 40% credit (plus an additional 5 MORE entries into our quarterly drawings)
• Each intro after that = 10 additional entries into our quarterly drawings

Our aim is to encourage referrals by providing an exceptional real estate experience, and the added cash incentives don't hurt either!

The fine print - to qualify for the rebates, we do have to connect with your referral(s) during our transaction, and they do have to indicate some motivation to move in the next year or so (we're not sticklers).
